Rental Terms and Conditions
Our rental period is measured by the night. The minimum rental is one night. For prices and product information, please check out All rental gear page.
The deposit amount will vary depending on the value of the rented equipment, with a minimum of 2,000 THB. You will pay the deposit in cash upon pick-up and receive a full cash refund upon return of the equipment in good condition. Easy peasy!
Booking and Payment
Please visit our All Rental Gear page, select the equipment you need, and then add it to your cart to complete your reservation. We accept bookings anytime, but please book early to ensure we still have tents available!
We currently accept Thai Baht, Wise and Thai bank transfer as payment methods.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancel 24 hours before, and you’ll see 50% of your cash again. Cancel on the day, and that refund will fade away.
Equipment Pick-Up
We’ll pack all your rental gear into a convenient bag (approximately 75cm x 30cm x 35cm) so you don’t have to worry about carrying everything yourself.
Choose pick-up from our designated location, or let us deliver it straight to your hotel (available within Chiang Mai area, delivery fees apply based on distance. The fee for deliveries within the Old City and surrounding areas is 100 THB for one way).
Equipment Usage Rules
Damage Reporting: Upon receiving the equipment, if any damage is found, please take photos and notify us immediately. At the time of return, please report any missing pieces or damage. Compensation will be required for damages caused by improper use.
Tent and Groundsheet Use: A groundsheet will be provided with the tent for use. It is essential to use the groundsheet to protect the tent. Please do not smoke or use gas stoves inside the tent, and keep it away from fire sources.
Careful Handling: Avoid dragging the tent or tarp on the ground to reduce physical damage and keep the equipment clean and functional. If there are any dirt or damage beyond normal use inside or outside the tent, a cleaning fee of 500 THB per tent will be charged.
Equipment Return
Please return the equipment by 4 PM on the last day of your rental. If you might be late, please let us know in advance! Otherwise, we will charge a fee of 200 THB. If you return the equipment after 6 PM, we will charge the full rental price. So, please remember to come back 🙂
When returning the equipment, please allow about 15 minutes for us to check the returned gear and refund your deposit. Don’t worry, it’s just a little “gear check-out” time! There are many restaurants and cafes nearby where you can relax and enjoy.
Make sure everything is returned as you received it. We like things tidy!
While we hope everything comes back in perfect condition, please note that any damage to the gear will incur a minimum repair fee of 200 THB. Damage beyond repair, as determined by our staff, will require payment of the full replacement cost. Thanks for understanding!
